Property tax

 3% of the value stated in the contract.

Lawyer fee

Legal support during the property purchase process ensures to the maximum the smooth and safe completion of the process. The lawyer's fee is a matter of agreement, but is usually 1% of the higher value stated in the contract for the price of the property. The fee is also affected by the extent of the service provided by the lawyer and is all by agreement between the buyer and the lawyer.

Notary fee

It usually ranges between 1 % - 2 % on the highest value stated in the contract.

Real Estate Commision

Payment is made upon signing the contract.

The brokerage fee is  between  2% - 3 % on the sale price on the part of the buyer and 2% on the part of the owner and concerns the commercial value of the property. But this can also change upwards. Payment is made upon signing the contract

Leases set a monthly rent from the tenant and a rent from the landlord.

City Tax ,Land Registry

City tax  are estimated at 0.475-0.575% of the value of the property mentioned in the contract, plus 24% value added tax (V.A.T.).
