How do you finance your projects?
The amount of the mortgage and its duration are calculated based on your financial ability and the value of the collateral.

Loan amount from € 10,000
Your income, your creditworthiness and the value of your property or repair or renovation work make up the amount of your mortgage.

If you are buying a home, the amount of the mortgage does not exceed the amount stated in the home purchase contract.
If you are building, repairing or renovating your home, the amount of the mortgage loan reaches up to 100% of the cost of the respective works.
If you are buying a plot of land to build a house, the amount of the mortgage does not exceed the value of the plot plus the cost of the respective construction work.
The amount of the mortgage also depends on the commercial value of the property marked as collateral:

If a house is marked, the loan amount is up to 80% of the commercial value of this property.
If a plot of land or a commercial property is marked, the loan amount is up to 65% of the commercial value of these properties.
The commercial value of the real estate is determined by an independent certified engineer who performs the technical inspection of the real estate.
For 2-30 years
The duration of your mortgage is determined based on the installment you can pay each month and the type of interest rate on the loan.

In addition, at the end of the loan, the youngest participant in the loan can not be over 75 years old.
