This is due to the significant increase in tourism in the country during the last decade, but also to the gradual realization (with the contribution of market professionals, Greeks and non-Greeks) that our country offers unique properties. It is this recognition of the Greek landscape and local architecture that have placed the country on the map of luxury holiday homes, with particularly important "weapons" to compete with other international destinations of significant prestige.
